The Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security participated in the Startup in Residence Program, a collaborative process that enables government agencies and emerging companies to co-develop and share solutions to the most pressing challenges of our time. By offering our access to an extensive network of expertise, TNW sourced the startups with suitable solutions solving the social and technological challenges facing the Dutch government.

The Challenge: Help the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security to understand the global tech ecosystem and drive policy innovation. To find global solutions, strengthen the Dutch startup ecosystem, and help startups to realize their global growth potential.

The Solution: TNW set up 9 pilot projects for the Ministry of Justice and Security. Selected startups receive training, coaching, private mentoring, and exclusive access to an extensive network of government officials, investors, startups, and corporations.

The Results: The results of the 9 pilots were showcased in the Hague to a wide range of government officials, investors, startups, and corporations to demonstrate the successes of the program.
